Xeatzan

The community of Xeatzan Bajo has been looking for support to build three additional classrooms for the past three years. The Ministry of Education removed three teachers from a nearby school and as a result, more students were enrolled in the Xeatzan Bajo school, but their facilities are not adequate for the additional students. Prior to the construction of the three bottle classrooms, some of the students were using the storage room and kitchen as a classroom. The additional classrooms will allow each teacher to have their own classroom and create a better learning environment for the kids.
